Bedfordshire
A plan of the town of Bedford occupies the top right hand corner of the map,
along with a legend detailing the streets, churches and important buildings.
Just beneath the plan are three coats of arms of Dukes of Bedford,
and two of the Earls arms are illustrated beneath the title on the opposite side.
The towns of Woburn, famous for it's abbey, Luton and Dunstable are marked on the map,
along with the ancient deer parks of the shire.
In the bottom left hand corner is a short history describing a legend
of when the River Ouse stopped flowing.
